All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt. Internet materials are available immediately from your confirmation page - any materials that are ordered in hard copy format (DLCAS courses or ReadyToTest manuals) ship within 72 business hours since we "print on demand" such materials. We currently use USPS Priority as our primary method of shipment, which typically takes 3-5 days for delivery in the United States, 4-10 days outside the United States.If you require faster delivery, please contact our business office at 866 431-4240.

We also charge a surcharge for shipments outside the U.S. due to higher fees. You will need to select your shipping location to insure that the correct surcharge is applied. PLEASE NOTE: A SURCHARGE IS ONLY APPLIED TO SHIPMENT OF HARD COPY OR CD-ROM MATERIALS. IF YOU ARE ORDERING INTERNET DOWNLOADED MATERIALS, REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE, SIMPLY SELECT THE FIRST CHOICE PROVIDED AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept facility purchase orders as well as pre-paid authorizations. At the current time, we do not accept checks for online purchases. If you would like to place an order and pay by check, please call our offices at 866 431-4240. Our staff will be glad to assist you, take your order, and provide you with instructions on sending your course payment.
